Jeff is one of the elders at Soma Communities. He is a leader of leaders and a coach and trainer for church planters. He also serves on the Board of Acts 29, a church planting network. His background includes music, business management, working with youth, training youth workers in North America and Europe and church planting.   Jon is the Pastor of Ministry Development at Camarillo Evangelical Free Church. He has a Ph. D. in Theological Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, a M. Div. from Talbot School of Theology and a B.A. from UCLA. He has a passion for teaching in any setting, and almost any subject related to the Bible.   David Fairchild is an elder/pastor at Kaleo, a church-planting movement in San Diego. He is currently studying at Covenant Theological Seminary and is married with two beautiful children.
